Sometimes, this requires preventative maintenance in the form of clean or re-calibrating certain devices so that they do not need repairs down the line. After all, many of our products are designed to withstand the world’s harshest environments and challenging situations, so we strongly recommend scheduled inspections and preventative care to ensure your devices are always working at their best.

If you encounter any instances in which it seems that one of our products is not working optimally, please complete the form here to initiate a customer support request. You may be contacted by Intellisense Technical Support via email or phone with a resolution to your request or if additional information is needed. Occasionally, this may require sending the unit to Intellisense Systems so that it can be repaired by our team of certified technicians.

If a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is necessary, a unique RMA number will be issued to you. Only one RMA number is to be applied per product return. Returned products will not be accepted without an RMA number issued by Intellisense Systems.
