The new facility nearly doubles the office and engineering space and puts most departments under one roof, improving collaboration and boosting productivity.
June 30, 2020 – Torrance, CA – Intellisense Systems, Inc., a leading provider of contract research services, avionics displays, and environmental sensing solutions, has completed their relocation to a new headquarters building located at 21041 S. Western Avenue in Torrance, California. The company is the sole occupant of the completely remodeled office building.
“Only two years since we were established, Intellisense has doubled both our revenue and employees,” said Frank Willis, President and CEO at Intellisense Systems. “This consolidation has given us the opportunity to organize interacting departments together for improved collaboration. We also took this opportunity to update our labs and engineering spaces to improve development productivity. Although the building is larger than our previous facilities, the openness of the spaces has a unifying feel.”
The new location is a three-story building on the northwest corner of Torrance Blvd. and Western Ave. near Old Town Torrance. There are continuous windows for natural light on every floor, and each level also has its own lunchroom with several breakout and conference rooms. Visitor parking is available in front of the main entrance on the south side of the building. Intellisense will continue to manufacture their products in their nearby facilities at 20600 Gramercy Place for the foreseeable future.
