Ondrej Novak oversees Intellisense Systems’ Tactical Systems organization, leading multidisciplinary teams in the development of advanced sensing and embedded systems. He brings deep technical expertise in analog and digital circuit design, embedded systems, sensor technologies, and biomedical applications, guiding programs from concept through manufacturing and delivery.

Throughout his career, Dr. Novak has led complex product development efforts, with a strong track record of translating innovative engineering into market-ready solutions. Prior to joining Intellisense, he served as Vice President of R&D at e-SENS, Inc., where he led multidisciplinary teams developing advanced sensor systems integrated with wireless telemetry and microfluidic technologies, including portable water testing instrumentation.

Dr. Novak holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Utah and has over 15 years of experience spanning product development, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. He is known for his technical depth, leadership across diverse engineering teams, and ability to solve complex challenges with practical, scalable solutions.
