Dr. Niusha Sarkhosh
Vice President & General Manager, Airborne Systems
Niusha Sarkhosh oversees Intellisense Systems’ Airborne Systems department, leading multidisciplinary teams in the development of complex avionics, EW technologies, and artificial intelligence solutions for aerospace and defense applications. She directs the design and implementation of these agile systems from proposal development through design, build, test, and customer delivery.
Throughout her career, Dr. Sarkhosh has held leadership roles in advanced systems development, with extensive experience in avionics systems and electronic warfare technologies. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Advanced Systems at Physical Optics Corporation, where she successfully led breakthrough developments in avionics and electronic warfare systems.
Dr. Sarkhosh holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from RMIT University and earned her B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics with Magna Cum Laude honors from RMIT University. She is the author of more than 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and two books, and has presented her research at multiple IEEE-MTT Conferences.
