Her background includes organizational development, HR systems implementation, and the strategic alignment of workforce initiatives with corporate objectives.

Cristina holds an MS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and senior professional HR certifications, including SPHR, PHR-CA, and SHRM-SCP, reflecting deep functional expertise and a strong commitment to best-in-class HR practices. She is known for her collaborative approach and ability to translate HR strategy into practical, scalable solutions that strengthen organizations and the teams within them.
