Kristin A. Robertson

Kristin A. Robertson is a nationally recognized executive with decades of experience in the defense, space, and intelligence sector. Before retiring, she served as President of Space & C2 (Command & Control) for Raytheon Technologies (RTX). Under her leadership, their book-to-bill increased with new awards for JADC2 and proliferated space capabilities. Robertson was recently recognized by the Society of Women Engineers and National Engineer’s Council for her leadership and support of Women in STEM.

Prior to joining RTX, Robertson was the Vice-President and General Manager of Autonomous Systems at The Boeing Company. Under her leadership, three unmanned maritime programs completed their maiden voyages and successfully transitioned from early-stage development to low-rate initial production. From 2012 to 2018, Robertson served as the Vice President and Chief Engineer for Boeing Military Aircraft, Vice President of Tiltrotor Programs, and the Senior Director co-leading the development of the T-X/T-7 Red Hawk program.

Robertson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of California San Diego and Master of International Business degree from Saint Louis University. She also has certifications in lean practices from the University of Tennessee, in Program Management from Defense Acquisition University, and completed the Integral Leadership Program at the University of Notre Dame. She is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society and Society of Women Engineers and has served as trustee for both Saint Louis University and the National Naval Aviation Museum Foundation.
