Dr. Robert Waldo is a business leader with a proven track record of success. He has demonstrated an ability to join established companies and rapidly assimilate the existing business and lead growth strategies that achieve double-digit revenue growth results within 12-18 months. He is a collaborative leader who emphasizes team dynamics, transparency, and accountability to establish a shared vision for growth and achievement for all employees and shareholders.

Most recently Dr. Waldo was President and CEO at Broadata Communications, Inc. (BCI). Under his leadership, BCI experienced dramatic growth through a strategy focused on delivering differentiated products to key customers. For over 10 years prior to BCI, Robert led business development for Physical Optics Corporation (POC), and later with Mercury Defense Systems after they acquired POC.  In this role, he helped develop innovative avionic solutions for several Airborne platforms. For more than three decades, Dr. Waldo has contributed to the defense and aerospace industry at companies including Northrup Grumman and TRW. He holds a Ph.D. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
