Meet The MWS-C600 – The Micro Weather Station with a Lidar Ceilometer

The MWS®-C600 is the ideal all-in-one commercial weather station for private aviation and remote airports. It integrates all the weather parameters of the standard Micro Weather Station with the world’s smallest lidar ceilometer to measure cloud layers up to 10,000 feet AGL. This innovation eliminates the need for an external data logger, processor, communications unit, ceilometer, solar power system, and all the cables required to connect them. Every one of these components are fully integrated into a single, robust unit that weights only 5 lbs. It is low-cost, lightweight, ruggedized, and capable of reporting over two dozen weather parameters autonomously. With its unique mix of capabilities, the MWS-C600 delivers an unparalleled system capability for small airports, heliports, and seaplane bases at a significantly reduced cost.

Our Certifications

Our Quality Management System (QMS) is certified to comply with the requirements of ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D, which is a standardized QMS for the aerospace industry that incorporates the entirety of the current version of ISO9000 while adding requirements relating to quality and safety. The QMS was also expanded to comply with ISO9001:2015 and AS9110C, which applies to the maintenance and repair of aircraft equipment.

 

We also operate in accordance with CMMI-DEV:ML3 standards and achieved this benchmark in 2019. As a development organization, we incorporate CMMI best practices into our system engineering processes throughout the life cycle of our products. Intellisense is one of just ten U.S. companies that have an AS9100/AS9110 certification and manage by CMMI-DEV/3 v1.3 Level 3 standards. Of the ten, Intellisense is the only small business to earn this distinction.
